Key Fob Pick Up

$5.00 (cash only) will be collected at the time of key pick up.
Key fobs may be picked up 15 minutes prior to start of the Trustee meetings.
Meetings will be held monthly on the
Second Wednesdays at 8:00 am and
Fourth Wednesdays at 7:30 pm.

Please have your form submitted at least 5 days in advance due to the time it takes to initialize a key.
Please notify Fiscal Officer or one of the Trustees that you will be picking up a preordered fob.
Guidelines for use of the Trash Dumpsters
- Key will be used by resident of Loudon Township only. No sharing your key with out of township residents.
- No commercial(business) dumping. This is for individual household resident use only.
- Residents must recycle. Recyclable materials must be deposited in green dumpsters. (Break down cardboard boxes before depositing them.)
- Do not leave any trash on the concrete at any time.
- Dumpster Lids must be completely closed.
- Make sure the gate is closed and locked when you exit the dumpster area.
- Area is under 24 hour surveillance by camera. Any violations of the guidelines may result in individual loss of privileges. Keys can be turned off individually without affecting all residents.
- Payment will be collected at time of key pick-up. Admission key is $5.00 (cash only)and you are limited to one key per household.
