Security Gate Key Registration. 

The gate was locked starting July 1, 2019.  In order to have access to the voluntary trash service provided by Loudon Township you will need to complete the required form.

Key Fob Pick Up Times

$5.00 (cash only) will be collected at time of key pick up.

Key fobs may be picked up on meeting nights 15 min prior to start of meeting on Trustee meeting dates. Please notify fiscal officer or one of the trustees that you will be picking up a preordered fob.

1. Key will be used by resident of Loudon Township only. No sharing your key with out of township residents.
2. No commercial(business) dumping. This is for individual household resident use only.
3. Residents must recycle. Recyclable materials must be deposited in green dumpsters. (Break down cardboard boxes before depositing them.)
4. Do not leave any trash on the concrete at any time.
5. Dumpster Lids must be completely closed.
6. Make sure the gate is closed and locked when you exit the dumpster area.
7. Area is under 24 hour surveillance by camera. Any violations of the guidelines may result in individual loss of privileges. Keys can be turned off individually without affecting all residents.
8. Payment will be collected at time of key pick-up. Admission key is $5.00 (cash only)and you are limited to one key per household.
